Dr Jha replied very promptly to my initial enquiry and was willing to visit my aunt and assess her at her Care Home in Mexborough within 2 days. We received his report (in the form of a letter to the GP) and the required PA14 Medical Certificate form the next day. We were very grateful for his swift and professional work. The supervisor at my aunt’s Care Home reported that Dr Jha had a very patient and understanding manner with my aunt, putting her at ease. He had a sensitive approach to which my aunt responded well. He was respectful and understanding when she became agitated. He made a thorough assessment of my aunt which took, as he had said it would, about 2 hours. Dr Pravin Jha visited my mother at home she is 91 and had been poorly for a few weeks. We made contact via his website and he called us back promptly and came to see mum the next morning at her home. He was on time, very professional, calm and respectful. He put mum at ease straight away. He did a thorough assessment and explained to her what her prognosis was in a clear and sensitive manner. During the next few days he was always responsive to my calls as we put in place her care. Exceptional service would highly recommend Dr Pravin Jha.

We saw dr jha with my mother as we needed peace of mind after been told nothing could be done for her with her age and medical conditions, this guy looked at everything and prescribed a number of medications that would help her and explained to us what the results meant , his clear knowledge and skill put us at ease and the fact he can help and things could be done gave us hope . Dr Jha has provided a diagnosis and treatment for my mother, after she exhibited symptoms of Parkinson's disease, having been on the NHS Neurology Assessment waiting list for almost a year. I initially rang Dr Jha expecting to get through to a secretary and anticipating being added to another waiting list. However, I spoke directly to him on that Friday afternoon and on the Saturday morning, he made a house call to carry out an initial assessment. Dr Jha was very polite, compassionate and reassuring, having listened to mine and my mother's concerns. He used humour as a way to relax the whole situation and showed respect throughout all of our consultations. At the end of the initial visit, he prescribed medication which led to a visible improvement in my mother's condition, within the week that he had estimated. Through a series of regular follow up video consultations, he has monitored and adjusted her medication as necessary, and been on hand to answer any questions or clarify any points. Throughout the last 5 months, under his care, he advised my mother to stay on the NHS waiting list. Within the last week, she has finally received her NHS Neurology Assessment where the doctor agreed with the diagnosis and the course of treatment that Dr Jha has provided. I would recommend his services to anybody who is considering private consultation in his areas of expertise.
