I had a great time out on the water. I was a little intimidated by the current at first but our guide was amazing and I settled right in. The oyster beds were a very cool thing to see. I would definitely recommend to friend while visiting.

A beautiful overcast morning to go kayaking. We even started off by seeing a manatee before even getting on the water. But it was a great example to visualize the currents before we got on the water. You did a fabulous job and the current was no big deal. It was actually quite fun using it to help move us around.

We have used Geo Trippin for 3 kayak tours. Two bioluminescent tours in North Guana, and one more recently across the Mantanzas River into the oyster beds. Ben is a great guy very fun and knowledgeable.

Ben did an excellent job of preparing us for paddling our kayaks on the Mantanza River and estauries explaining how the tides would affect us and proper paddling techniques. Is is very knowledgable of how the osyter beds, sea grass and mangroves support the ecological environment as well as the history of St. Augustine. We saw 4-5 dolphins and briefly the snout of a manatee as well as egrets, herons, comerants and osprey. It was an enjoyable excurison.

Ben is a great guide who is wonderfully knowledgeable about the area and its ecosystems. We really appreciated learning about the oysters in the Matanzas river and loved seeing the dolphins hunting in the shallows with a few pelicans standing by for leftovers. Ben offered tips on paddling for more efficiency and a more comfortable ride. A beautiful day on the water, thanks Ben!

I feel like we should’ve done the four hour tour. I got to touch on but a few of my favorite topics. It is definitely worth rising early to catch a sunrise on the Matanzas river. Thank you for being flexible to reschedule with winds being a concern.

This was our first experience kayaking and our tour guide was very helpful by explaining everything we needed to know prior to boarding our kayak for two. Extremely knowledgeable with great conversation regarding the past and the future of Dancing Dolphins Oyster Trail. We saw sharks, turtles, fish jumping out of the water, and several species of birds.
