We had an antique Turkish rug that was damaged due to water intrusion. After the cleaning, it came back with all the contrast gone. The colors had changed significantly and bled through—its beige background even turned orangish. Fringes were beige but became orange. I contacted them to ask what could be done to correct the issue, but I never received a response.
The Gentle Genie folks are always a pleasure. They pick up the rugs without my help, which is important for this old lady. They wash and dry my rugs with care and return them brighter and better. Then the driver will place the rug and furniture back where they belong. I highly recommend them.

I had 2 badly soiled rugs, and I was moving to a new house, I wanted to bring the rugs to my new home but they badly needed cleaning so I called Magic Rug Cleaning.
