I had a really positive experience at Gentle Dental Care. The staff were absolutely lovely, and both the dentist and her assistant were incredibly kind, helpful and understanding. I came to my appointment with my one-year old baby because I had no one to leave him with, and honestly, I was expecting the worst. I thought I might be turned away because I had my baby with me and wouldn’t be able to have my treatment done. But the experience was completely the opposite. They were so understanding and even helped keep my little one entertained and reassured me throughout the procedure that everything was absolutely fine. This made me feel so much more relaxed and comfortable. I really appreciated their kindness, patience and understanding. It’s not often you come across people who go that extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Thank you so much to the whole team at Gentle Dental Care I’m genuinely very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend the clinic! ❤️

I asked for a printed receipt on my way in but when I asked for it later the receptionist could not provide one for a reason I have forgotten but would email it.I have received this form from you but still no receipt. My appointment was for 12.10 but I was seen at 12.45 because there had been an unexpected delay.Apart from that the hygienist and dentist were both excellent as usual at Gentle Dental.

He did the work very carefully and professionally. Nurses Isha and Sonia were also very kind, supportive, and helpful throughout the process. They made everything easy and comfortable. My Dentist is in Croydon and I have been going for many years. This Practice is very welcoming and my dental nurse is such a wonderful lady. She always greets both my wife and I with a friendly welcoming smile. We both love seeing her and she always helps me to look after my teeth better and also helps me out with my brushing techniques. Which required a little longer brushing in two areas, but were looking fine.
