I was recommended to James (Genie Garages) by a friend who had recently used him for her installation of an electric double garage door. I contacted James who arranged a survey and followed up with a quotation. I asked a lot of inane questions at the time of the survey and was impressed with James as he was very patient to answer all of them. The installation was just over a week ago and the whole process was very easy, from the speedy email communication to completion of the job. James turned up on time the installation was very smooth, the price was right and I would thoroughly recommend Genie Garages if you are looking for quality door(s). I'm a very happy customer.
Jamie from Genie has recently fitted our new garage & front doors which we are very pleased with & has transformed the look of our house. We went with Jamie initially as we found him to be professional, friendly, easy to talk to & his advice given was second to none. Not a "pushy" salesperson like some! We are very fussy people & we were so impressed with the service provided from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. We had many queries & Jamie always put our minds at rest both over the phone & in person, not minding the amount of times we asked him to come back to the house. He always turned up on time. The installation days were efficient, clean, tidy, neat & the finishing touches brilliant. I can't start to express how helpful James has been. I phoned him after having problems with my roller shutter door. He came round that day and tried his very best to get me back up and running again. After a while it turned out to be my control unit, which he quoted for and then ordered the same day. 2 days later his back to fit the unit and get me up and running again. In this day and age tradesmen are always quick to get the job done and get going. I never once felt like that. If there was a 6 star option I would be picking it.
