I find it ridiculous that they don't offer a payment plan when they have promotions or discounts. All the other Money Man and Cash America stores in the country honor special occasions and discounts. I've invested a lot in this store, and they show no appreciation or respect for their loyal customers; the treatment is terrible.

I've been coming here for years. New owners are taking your layaway's off ahead of time and keeping your money that you've already paid into it. Unfair treatment for LOYAL CUSTOMERS. WE USE TO RECEIVE A CALL OR AN EMAIL. NOW YOU JUST SNATCH OUR LAYAWAY'S AND POCKET THE MONEY. I LOST $450 BAD SERVICE!!!!

I've been dealing with them for years and used to get great deals they always had really good people now prices are getting stupid for used items. My problem is that after paying right at 450 dollars on an almost 700 dollar layaway never late i notice that it must have been due so I stopped in to check and it turned out my payment date was due 3 days earlier... not only have they always called before it was due and they had an app that was supposed to let me know and pay when it's due ,turns out a tiny dot appears on the icon .useless anyway my items are on display for sale again without even a call when they pulled it..I guess if you think you're a valued customer after many years THINK AGAIN..JIm p
