This is the best way to lose weight. Everyone was so personable and caring. They knew exactly what I needed to lose my weight. The red light therapy is the best. Very relaxing. I went on my lunch break and got a 20 minute nap...LOL. Kidding aside I greatly appreciated all the staff and how they helped me to get to my goals. I would reccommend this weight loss solution a thousand times over.

I am so so satisfied with my results. I lost eight pant sizes and I reached my weight loss goal in four months but most importantly I am no longer addicted to sugar my blood pressure is great cholesterol is great and I don't have to go on medication. My medical doctor is satisfied with all my blood work. My energy level is very high. I'm no longer depressed and I enjoy food because it doesn't control me I control it.
