Losing weight is never easy for most of us. Genesis provides tools and support to be successful in losing weight and hopefully keeping it off. Great group of people. They definitely have the personalities for this setting.
I had been dealing w/pain going on 5 yrs. I had been to every Dr. I could think of that could help me deal w/what I was living with. I had seriously lost hope until I ran into some Christian girls at the pool. One of the girls said do you have a prayer request? We want to say a prayer for you. I spilled out everything. No sooner than I left the pool & went home I was on FB. Up popped Genesis Health Solutions. I said this must be sign. I knew I had nothing left to lose. It turned out to be the best decision I ever made. My life changed that day. I feel better about who I am. I eat healthier. My pain is something I don’t have to think about every day and what I can do to change it. I definitely see the changes every day. . I appreciate the tools that I was given to keep moving forward on my own. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Tanzar. What a wonderful team he has by his side. GHS has helped me get back on track to feeling healthy, being at a healthy weight, and improving my metabolism. I also recommend the crave control product to help in different ways, including cravings.
Genesis Health Solutions is amazing! I am able to eat more while losing weight verses other weight lost programs I have used in the past. I've been with GHS since 2019. I lost the weight in 5 months. I was so happy it came off so easy. I've told everyone who asked how I lost the weight! I've been amazed with the progress I've made since joining Genesis. I love how the consultants are always open and willing to guide me through this process. I don't feel like I'm going through this alone. I have learned that Genesis is more that a weight loss program, it's a health healing.
I have been a client since late July. I attended one of the complimentary dinners they host to hear more about the program. I am normally skeptical, but Dr Tanzar goes to our church and some coworkers were clients, so I was open to the program. The dinner presentation was informative and they don’t pressure you into signing up. I’ve lost 20 lbs so far and that’s with being out of town a couple of weeks due to a loss in our family. The program encourages you to eat whole fruits and vegetables along with your proteins and good fats, not just low carb anything you want. When you cheat on keto, you gain back more than you lost because the food is high in bad fats and include unhealthy foods. This program helps with cravings and stabilizes your blood sugar, so I believe it will be sustainable. My blood sugar is normally 99 when fasting and 120 non-fasting, but it was 77 on my bloodwork last week an hour after breakfast. My progress is probably slower than a lot of people due to a sedentary lifestyle and metabolism, but I will stay the course because I see more results than just on the scale.

Weight has been something I have struggled with for the past 25+ years. With a complex medical history, along with being in Lynchburg for the year, I had seen daily ads on tv for Genesis Health Solutions. I had tried just about every diet fad and fix that is out there, some with good success, but my weight always coming back and at times being even heavier than before. My attitude going into my first appointment was “haven’t tried this one, at least it’s a free consultation.” The staff made me feel welcomed and explained to me what my struggles are then created an individual plan to help me start a journey to being healthy. I am about 8 weeks into my journey and I am at 20 pounds lost, feeling better about myself, eating healthier, sleeping better, and understanding me and the struggles I have when it comes to food! I can only give GHS 5 stars (would be more if I could) and encourage everyone to a new healthy lifestyle.

About 1 month ago I started the Genesis Health Solutions plan to correct my metabolic, lymphatic and hormonal imbalances. I started with a good knowledge, base of nutrition or lack thereof , and how it affects my system, So I can tell you for sure that the quality of their products are excellent. Their professional knowledge combined with their hearts of compassion and genuine desire to help are the perfect recipe for success. Just days after starting, we were struck with the tremendous loss of our family patriarch which threw my life into a state of chaos. There was immediate travel to be with him, and then a week later, planning and traveling again for his funeral. Needless to say, I had not gotten down the full regimen with my health plan, but I did the best I could. I called for support, Which is the very unique side of Genesis Health. The support! They are God, loving people, who. truly care and pray, and share. God’s word of encouragement when you’re down. I was given tips to help me through, so I might not undo what I had started. I was encouraged not to be stressed if I couldn’t do it during this significant life challenge and We can pick up where we left off or start again when I get back and everything settles down. That was very comforting and empowering to hear. I did the best I could, but I did not stay on Four about 10 days. I even forgot Some of the supplements in my absent minded grief. But you know what! I could still feel the difference of what I had already started. I felt the information so much lower. I felt motivated to try even under the circumstances I was in, And I am not in it just for losing weight because I truly believe that we need to be healthy first and if healthy behaviors are adhered to, then we will be the weight that we are supposed to be.

When I first saw the invitation for a free dinner I thought no way could you lose weight. I went to the dinner & signed up in July. I am down 42lbs. The staff (Alex & Miriam)is so nice & patient when answering my million questions. Delaney greets you with a smile. The resources available are so helpful. Receipes are great. My husband eats some of them too. Easy plan to follow. I’m very pleased I took this big step for my health. I don’t have pain in my knees anymore & I have more energy.
