I highly recommend Dr. Madeline at Genesis Dental. She is incredibly gentle, an excellent communicator, and truly the best at what she does. She always explains everything clearly and offers the most effective solutions first. Kaylee is also amazing, too, she makes sure everything is well prepped and is always there to hold my hand when I’m scared of needles 😅. Such a great team and a genuinely positive experience every visit.

I was in soo much pain and looked up this office and called. They got me in same day and determined I needed a root canal and after going in she said that I would need an endodontist and she called around and got me in to an endodontist that afternoon. I am so thankful for her and the staff because she was very determined to help me get out of pain and I appreciate that. I am switching my family over to start coming here.

I decided to look for a new dentist over a year ago (I was going to what is now Ideal dental in Flower Mound, formerly Cornerstone Dental....after my dentist and hygienist both left. Also was never happy with how I was treated by front office staff) and I'm so happy I found Dr. Zhao! She is very competent and really cares about her patients. What I most appreciate is her honesty and she doesn't try to upsell. I highly recommend her as she is a wonderful dentist and office staff are always cheerful and welcoming.

Best ever dentist in my neighborhood. Only few dentist offices that open until 7pm on Mon-Thurs. My goto places for emergency, and after office hours visit. She listens carefully on patient’s concern. Clearly go over the procedure, insurance cost and everything. Highly recommended!

Dr. Zhao was so kind and informative. She talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. Her crew stayed late for an emergency visit to make sure I didn’t have to wait any longer for relief. Everyone there was so nice. They even worked with me on setting up a payment plan. This past Thursday I went to my normal dentist to assess an injured tooth. They recommended I wait a month to see what happens with my tooth but I wasn’t satisfied with that. I ended up going on Google and found this location. I was fortunate enough to make a same day appointment with Dr. Zhao. She was able to determine that the nerve in my tooth was dead and treated me same day. I had an anterior root canal. I was freaking out but she and staff helped me try to relax. Overall it was a great experience and I will be coming back for future treatments.
