Nous avons loué une voiture pour deux semaines et nous restons et resterons fidèles à Général Motor. C’est la 3eme fois que nous faisons appel à eux. Nous sommes attendus à l aéroport, les voitures sont en très bon état, l’assurance inclue tout, et il est très facile de restituer la voiture le jour du retour.

TOP car rental! Everything went smoothly. A nice gentleman was waiting for us at the airport. The contract and key handover took less than five minutes. Returning it was also easy, in the parking lot right in front of the airport. Full Insurance was included in the price. No hidden costs. I can 100% recommend this provider to anyone.

Alles ohne Probleme gelaufen. Wurden erwartet, der Papierkram schnell erledigt.
Das Auto wie bestellt wurde auf dem Parkplatz, 5 min Fussweg, erklärt und übergeben. Sauber, technisch ohne Probleme, immer wieder gern.
Das ganze zu einen fairen Preis, und auch ein über Siebzigjähriger bekommt keinen exorbitanten Aufpreis.

I had an excellent experience renting a car from this company during my trip to Crete. I picked up my car at Heraklion Airport and the whole process was smooth and easy. The service and communication were great, and the car worked perfectly throughout the week.
A special shout-out to Eleni, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. While I had my rental, the team was also able to quickly arrange another car for my friend while we were staying in Rethymno. They even delivered it directly to our accommodation, which made things completely hassle-free.
Overall, the service was reliable, efficient, and made our time in Crete so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a stress-free car rental experience on the island!

Per il secondo anno consecutivo abbiamo noleggiato l'auto con General Motors ed e' stata ancora un'esperienza molto positiva!
Comunicazioni via mail veloci ,piccola caparra con bonifico e pagamento in contanti alla consegna senza alcun deposito con carta di credito cosa rara da trovare. Inoltre c'e' la copertura assicurativa completa di tutto senza alcuna franchigia e col secondo guidatore incluso nel prezzo il che rende la vacanza molto tranquilla
L'auto ci e' stata consegnata all'aeroporto di Heraklion dalla gentilissima Eleni che ci ha atteso oltre un'ora perche' purtroppo il nostro volo era in ritardo. Auto affidabile che ci ha permesso di girare in lungo e in largo per Creta senza alcun problema.
Queta agenzia di autonoleggio e' straconsigliata

Great car rental experience! No deposit, no credit card, everything was easy. Picked up the car after midnight despite a delayed flight with no issues. Smooth communication and even a sun umbrella in the trunk. Highly recommend!

Tutto perfetto! Il signore ci aspettava agli arrivi e per ritirare la macchina e firmare il contratto ci abbiamo messo 15 minuti in tutto! Se tornerò a Creta noleggerò la macchina sicuramente qui. Grazie mille

Nous avons loué 2 voitures pour deux semaines. Les voitures sont en bon état et bien entretenues

Servizio perfetto. La signora Eleni, molto gentilmente, mi ha accolto direttamente in aeroporto e spiegato ogni minima cosa nei dettagli. L'auto perfetta, nessun problema. L'assicurazione che copre tutto in vacanza è un plus importante: 0 pensieri. Riconsegna auto al parcheggio aeroporto, molto comodo. Raccomando caldamente.
