Older asian man that looked at our appliance doesn’t seem to know what he is doing. He gave us a wrong diagnosis on our appliance and charged us hundreds of dollars for nothing. He said the issue was fixed and when it wasn’t I phoned him. He wanted hundreds of dollars more to come again. How long would his cycle of misdiagnosis continue? Another company came and gave a correct diagnosis of the problem within minutes.

Very EXCELLENT and INCREDIBLE work! Roy, Brian and Jason were not only very professional about the communication, but they also mentioned step by step what was wrong with my machine (washer) and why the issue was happening. They worked together from all angles and they were comfortable having me there to ensure I had any questions answered. After a few extra details and troubleshooting issues, the matter was resolved and they made sure things were back the way they left them. My dishwasher stopped on Sunday evening. I called BGAS and they came out nearly first thing Monday morning. Checked over everything in the machine, reset it and all appears fine again. Super fast response time, great service and fair price. I highly recommend BGAS and will call them again if needed. Thanks.

Cannot say enough good things about Jason and his father. I found them when I Googled and based on previous reviews thought I'd give them a try. I knew I'd be happy when his dad answered the phone at 10:10 on a Tuesday night and said they'd be here the very next morning to have a look at my two fridges that were acting up. They certainly know their stuff. They arrived right on time and 45 minutes later they were on their way. Both very pleasant and the price was right. I will definitely call them again when I need any repairs.
