First Baptist Church 2026.03.20

     

The Church placed its first order, was fast and great. Decided to get more name tags. We owed a dozen plus more. Quality is top notch, the service world class and the communications. The communications was outstanding every step of the order to delivery process. 5 STAR x 2 for sure.

I was really impressed by how quickly Gem Awards was able to complete my orders. That there was no minimum of items was a strong selling point. I felt the price was more than fair, especially as the resulting coins were far better than I imagined they'd turn out.

Disappointed. The price is great and that’s what sucked me in but the product is what you pay for it. If you’re a JR. High or similar aged kid organization it might work, but the quality is not on the level of a real organization or agency would want or need. Already looking for another company to make a real coin. It’s a plastic disc that’s printed on don’t waste your time.

Hi Chris!
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review of our custom coins. We make them in house out of solid aluminum. There is no plastic in the production of these coins. You selected the ready to print option, which means we print the images exactly as sent. The artwork we received from you has the glare on the top of the coin, and the darker shadow on the bottom of the coin. We do not edit any customer images when marked as "ready to print" so as not to assume anything on orders. We do have a full service design team that can help with design, but that was not selected on your order. If you have better artwork, please send that to us and we would be happy to remake your coin. I have ordered from them quite a few times when I needed a name tag. Recently my job wanted to order 11. I can mailed customer service and gave them all the names (they already had our logo saved) and they made the quickly. Really love the quality and price!

I've been working with Gem Awards for all of my work name tag projects for the last 6 months. The quality and speed at which we can receive the products is, by far, the best I've experienced! I was skeptical at first, had some difficulties ordering through Amazon, but once I found their website and contacted them, it was seamless. I will continue to use them as often as I can.
