Customer experience could not have been better. I was assisted setting up my new computer. Would definately recommend Gekko to anyone considering using their services or purchasing new equipment.

Really dissapointed in the service am receiving lately, had a sim card issue the begging of this month logged it was sent an invoice fpr replacement sim, i paid and we halfway through the month still no Sim, no reponse to my whatsups and emails and i paid for the month already

I've been a customer of GekkoTech for over 6 months, and can confidently say their assistance is exceptional and reliable.
Major improvements on our home line, completed a full installation for the complex in a day. Have not gone a day without internet, not much more one can ask.
Regarding the admin side all queries answered and resolved within a call.
Completely satisfied with their service.

Having changes ISPs constantly over more than two decades, I can honestly say it's rare to find a bunch as driven to providing excellent customer service as these guys. For a smaller group whose main business doesn't even appear to be internet service provision, these guys are phenomenally good - rock stars one and all.
