Adil was punctual and courteous. He went to great lengths to explain the extent of my problems, and the costs to rectify them. He agreed the computer was not worth repairing, and helped to buy a new unit. He spent quite some time formatting the new unit and transferring all the data from my old computer to the new one. This was all done at a reasonable cost. I recommend his service.
