The workers here, particularly Leah, are incredibly nice, funny, informative, and helpful. I took two of my computers in and they helped tell me what might be wrong with both and offered to give me a quote or a variety of different routes we could take. All the staff is excellent at communication, very understanding of the stress and financial difficulties that comes with misfunctioning technology. They are very knowledgeable, approachable, and kind! I will always go here for my technology issues.

| was having an issue with my business computer overheating. The team was communicative and schedule da time for me to bring my computer in for repair.
Nate, diagnosed the issue and communicated next steps with me, as well as a timeline for completion.
The solution was replacing the thermal paste and a bit of internal cleanup.
After the repair they always do a hardware performance scan to identify any other issues.
My computer now runs as well as when I purchased and is not overheating. Thanks.

My experience was very smooth, while the outcome wasnt ideal, it was the fault of myself not knowing the CPU would bottleneck with the new GPU but their quick service and kindness was so great they switched it back with no hassle. kind team, great clear communication, fast work, probably my new favorite tech shop.

Nate came to my house and put in a new WiFi router and cleaned up some issues with MacBooks and old Windows computers. Got everything up and running. Very glad I did not attempt this myself.

I have happily used geek easy for three years and after bringing my computer home yesterday from a service, I was frustrated because nothing seemed to work as usual. I called and was told to come in. But after a while, Nate CALLED ME! and Nate VERY KIINDLY stayed with me for nearly an hour to get it worked out! As aways, this company is honest, thorough and knowledgeable!!! Thank you Nate!
