Came right out after I called in a problem with my GE Profile refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. Disassembled it and showed me the failed part before he replaced it. Had it changed and put back together quickly. Even updated the software on my appliance before he finished. Refrigerator is running perfectly now and holding temperature again. I will call again if I need service.
