You know sometimes when you are looking for a place to purchase something, it's almost like buying a pig in a poke, or as Forest Gump might say" Moma says it's like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get until you bite into one of them" Well I'm happy to say that IS NOT the case with GCO inc or Gulf Coast Organic in Foley Al. I had the pleasure of dealing with Melanie. There was a small problem that came up concerning the 6 1/2 pallets of St. Augustine that I ordered. She and I talked about it, and more importantly SHE LISTENED! She was extremely nice and pleasent the whole time. In the end she simply said "What can I do to make you happy, and thats what I will do" No fuss no bother, just good old fashion customer service. I gave them a 5 star rating, but I would have given them more had it been possible. I'm 82 years old and I highly reccomend this company.
