I cannot praise highly enough the expert, professional and at all times prompt services I received from Laura Fletcher of Gateway FRC. Unlike many of the financial advisor companies out there, Gateway FRC and their consultants are all fully expert, experienced in all matters affecting federal employees, from leave and policy matters, to retirement related issues. I first contacted Laura for assistance with my TSP/retirement options, as due to the 2025 surge in deferred resignations I received no assistance from my own federal agency in retirement planning or execution. My own agency is running months behind on processing my retirement, but Laura was able to step in and recalculate estimates, provide me advice, and give me extremely valuable information I sought about annuity offerings. I must’ve asked Laura to change the illustrations multiple times and each time Laura and her expert colleague, Colby, responded, they presented me with valuable information. I feel I could not have been in better hands than with Laura. She is not only highly skilled, articulate and personable, but she is a compassionate individual. I would recommend Laura’s services to anyone with any federal employee benefits/retirement/TSP questions.

I am very appreciative for the time Andy has spent with me over the last year and highly recommend Andy for retirement preparation advice. He takes the time to understand the situation, asks intelligent and pertinent questions and provides excellent investment advice, tailored to the individual’s needs. I had initial consultation with Andy Kazen and must say I'm very impressed at his knowledge of Federal retirement and benefits. He gave me some sage advice about how to allocate my TSP based on my risk tolerance and retirement goals. I did my research and ultimately took his advice based on what I discovered.
