My overall experience with Gateway has been excellent. The Certificate III in Community Pharmacy is very well structured, practical, and directly relevant to my role in a community pharmacy. The course content is clear, well organised, and supported by high-quality learning materials. Samantha is an outstanding trainer — she is extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help. She explains concepts clearly and creates a positive, supportive, and motivating learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions. The facilities are clean, modern, and well maintained, with access to drinking water, a fridge, and microwaves, making studying comfortable and convenient. The atmosphere at Gateway is friendly, professional, and welcoming. Thank you to Samantha and the entire Gateway team for such a great learning experience.

My experience in Gateway Training Academy I recently completed my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, and I’m proud to say that my journey with Gateway Training Academy in Fremantle has been truly life-changing. When I first joined, I was not only new to the cohort but also newly arrived in Australia. From day one, Gateway Training Academy made me feel welcomed, supported, and included. I especially want to thank my trainer, Visha Sunyasi. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Her experience and knowledge in Early Childhood Education are exceptional, and she consistently teaches best practice with passion and clarity. She treats every student not just as a learner, but as a human being—with respect, patience, and genuine care. Being new to this country, I have never encountered such a caring and dedicated mentor. Visha supported me both in the classroom and during my work placement. Whenever she visited us at the Centre, I felt an immediate sense of peace seeing her familiar face. Even the children warmed up to her right away because of her positive energy and kind nature. Her kindness is what made this learning journey achievable for me. Great trainers! A super supportive environment and a great place to learn. I am currently studying the Cert lll in Community Pharmacy and the content is amazing! I’m learning so much and feel confident to work in a pharmacy already . I had Sam as my trainer, who is such a supportive and kind trainer who is very attentive to each student’s needs. There is also Kristen who teaches the S2 and S3 class who is friendly and always there for a chat and help with studies for pharmacy. I would recommend this place to anyone willing to study pharmacy or another course.

Gateway Training Academy provided an excellent learning experience during my Certificate III in Individual Support studies. I enrolled through a friend’s referral (she completed her certification here as well) and now I understand why she spoke so highly of it. The whole staff, including Miss Cicy, were welcoming and easy to talk to. Whenever I had a question, they were patient, helpful, and quick to respond, which made the entire process far less stressful. I’m genuinely glad I chose to study here. My trainer, Miss Yashoda Bastola, played a huge part in making this course such a positive experience, and I’m truly grateful for her support. She made the learning process smooth and enjoyable. Even on days when my enthusiasm dipped, her teaching approach kept me engaged and motivated. She’s an exceptional educator, and I can’t thank her enough for the confidence she helped me build. You can really tell she wants her students to succeed and feel prepared for the workforce. The learning environment itself was relaxed yet professional. Classes were well-structured, and the practical rooms had everything we needed for real hands-on experience. It felt like a safe space to ask questions, make mistakes, and practice skills without feeling judged. The assessor, Miss Tina, was also incredibly helpful in guiding us through our work placement, making sure we understood what to expect and how to approach it. Overall, Gateway gave me a strong foundation for starting my career in individual support. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a supportive, well-organised training provider that genuinely cares about its students.

Hi, I just shared my good feedback and good experience from my trainer ERINA GOODWIN I got my certificate III in individual support. when I started study in gateway training centre here in Mandurah I was so struggling and not good participate in my course, And I was crying and thinking to give up. but when my trainer Erina, she helps me to fix my problem solve she is not giving me up until I'm finished my course, she teaches me, she encourage , she not giving up on us ,sometimes we talk about jokes in our classroom so much good vibes , and positive thoughts because of her ,everything and she always give me a good advice, I miss her so much because she is a part of my succeed. but now I'm not able to see her anymore here in Mandurah, she been transferring in Fremantle after our graduation, because of here I got my successful career, she is a lot of patience and kind and lovely person. all I can say is 'THANK YOU VERY MUCH my TRAINOR, ALL THE BEST AND GOOD HEALTH, NOTE: i got my job already because of her

I recently completed my Certificate III in Disability with Gateway Training Academy and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My trainer, Yashu Bastola was knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure students understood both the theory and practical aspects of the course. She was approachable and encouraging throughout, making the learning environment positive and inclusive. Yashu, you are dearly loved and appreciated. Ciccy, our administrator was simply awesome. She promptly responded to enquiries and provided the required support when needed. The team at the head office- Dion, Melissa and Amy also did a wonderful job in ensuring that placements were secured on time. Lastly, i want to commend Christiana Down, my assessor during placement for the encouragement and visits. I highly recommend Gateway Training Academy to anyone looking to pursue a career in aged care or disability support.
