Mark replaced a radiator valve and serviced my boiler and water tank. I signed up for the system boiler service plan. Good service from Mark and he is very knowledgeable.

Mark was very quick at replying to our initial call and he is very reasonably priced for the job required and it was an urgent and managed to get to us quickly. Once here he is a very nice and polite and professional. We needed gas hob and gas fire taking out as unsafe. Mark can no fuss and gave us loads of advice. Would highly recommend.

Mark was very courteous, friendly and knew his job inside and out. I called him out to service our gas fire but it turned out there was a problem with it. He came back with the part that was needed and repaired it there and then. He was very thorough in his repair to our gas fire. I also asked him to service our boiler too, that was took apart, cleaned and put back to its original form. I Would definitely recommend him to others.

Mark was very courteous, friendly and knew his job inside and out. I called him out to service our gas fire but it turned out there was a problem with it. He came back with the part that was needed and repaired it there and then. He was very thorough in his repair to our gas fire. I also asked him to service our boiler too, that was took apart, cleaned and put back to its original form. I Would definitely recommend him to others.

I have had mark complete a lot of work over the years. In that time he has always appeared within 24/48 hours of me reporting an issue and then explained those issues at a level I understood. As a woman who was often alone at the time of the work being carried out, I can honestly say I will never go to anyone else! He’s a safe, dedicated worker, fast, respectful and reliable. No job is too big or small and the advice he gives along the way has helped save me a fair bit of money and time over the years. I really can not recommend him enough.

Mark is a very friendly, genuine person. He checked my availability for a phone call to discuss the job and called when I was free. He gave me helpful information that helped me choose the correct heating system whilst not pressuring me either way all with my toddler in the background. He completed the job for the price quoted and to an excellent standard. I cannot recommend him enough. We had alot going on as we had just moved in and he just worked around it all.

I was due my first service on my boiler which was installed last year. I was recommended by a colleague at work and she could not talk anymore highly of him.
Despite my busy schedule as a teacher, Mark was able to service my boiler less than a week of contacting him. It was clear from meeting Mark that his experience and knowledge was sound and I was put at ease immediately. As it was a new boiler we were not expecting any surprises however, Mark noticed as issue with the part of the boiler and rang Bosch immediately requested this new part. He was able to explain over the phone what he wanted doing and a Bosch engineer is coming out this week.
I cannot recommend Mark enough for this experience I had today! Thank you!
