Juanita Firs stays in contact to meet your needs the best they can from scheduling appointments to checking on what you can have taken care of immediately to what can be put off until you can have it taken care of later. They are always thorough with diagnosing and checking problems, putting details of estimates in print outs that are clear and understandable. They are honest and trustworthy. I have gone to them for several years and do not feel I need to go anywhere else.

I think the service has been great for many years and the staff is always very costomer oriented, but over the years the wait time to book any appointment has gone from 2 to 3 days to approx. 2 weeks which I feel is too long a wait for many urgent jobs. Are there any long term plans to address this ever growing lead time?

I get my gas at Juanita Firs 76. I’ve noticed they are always busy servicing cars. I took my SUV there for oil and a tire rotation. I left the SUV there and was told it would be ready in the afternoon but it only took a few hours. Price and service was much better than the dealership!

Juanita Firs 76 Station is a full shop with Service Advisor and they do vehicle research on your car, friendly and affordable. Bodywork/ rear hatch door needed new struts installed-done in 1/2 hour after getting estimate. Cost was exactly what estimate was too..excellent service and price. Happy.
