I am extremely frustrated with how my refund request has been handled. What was promised to be resolved last month is still pending, with no clear update or accountability. The service I've received has been very disappointing. The agent assigned to my case was unprofessional and failed to follow through on commitments. I've had to repeatedly chase for updates, only to receive vague responses or none at all.
This delay is unacceptable. A simple refund should not take this long, especially when the timeline was already promised. I need this issue resolved immediately. Please process my refund without further delay and provide a clear, final update on its statuts. If this continues to be ignored, I will escalate the matter. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and reflects poorly on your customer service.

We would like to clarify that although the airline has processed a refund for your DXB–MNL flight, the amount has not been returned to our bank account. Instead, it has been credited to our travel agency portal. Due to this, the amount cannot be transferred to your bank account at this time and can only be utilized as a future travel credit with the same airline.
That said, we are actively coordinating with the airline to request a cash refund. This remains subject to their approval, and once confirmed, we will immediately proceed with transferring the amount back to your account. This process is the reason for the delay, and we sincerely ask for your understanding as this situation has been unforeseen for all parties involved.
Please also note that the refund for your return flight MN;-DXB has not yet been credited to our travel agency portal. Once received, it will likewise be issued as future travel credit under the same airline.

To clarify, options were provided; however, they were not fair or reasonable—either accepting a reduced refund from AED 3,318 to AED 2,945, or proceeding with your proposed flight option with additional charges.
To highlight, firstly, I was not informed that I was dealing with a different agent. I was under the impression I was communicating with my usual point of contact, who is familiar with my booking requirements and communication style. Had this been clearly disclosed, I would have exercised greater caution and thoroughly reviewed all details before proceeding.
Secondly, there were multiple inconsistencies in the fees communicated, the charges used to be 7%, then revised to 9%, and ultimately 10% applied after payment without prior notice. This remains a key concern that has not been addressed.
Thirdly, I had clearly stated my preferred flight option from the outset. The issue is not about changing my request, but that the option aligned with my requirements was not consistently processed or transparently priced from the beginning.
With regard to your reference to “misleading information,” I would like to emphasise that my feedback is based on documented communication and my actual experience, and is intended to reflect the sequence of events as they occurred.
I remain open to a fair resolution, particularly regarding the service fee deduction despite no ticket being issued.

I am deeply disappointed with the lack of transparency demonstrated by your team in relation to the additional costs that have been imposed, particularly considering I have been a long-standing client and have consistently recommended your company over the years.

Our agent clearly advised that the evening return flight is at a higher fare, and based on your confirmation, a payment link was issued for the morning return option. After receiving your payment, we shared the flight details for final confirmation prior to ticket issuance. At that stage, you requested a different (higher fare) option, which could not be processed under the original payment, and the booking was placed on hold pending your decision.
We also provided several alternative options to accommodate you; however, you chose not to proceed with any of them. All information shared by our team remained consistent, as reflected in the conversation records.

Our agent informed you at 3:58 PM about the estimated processing time and that our office closes at 5:30 PM. Payment was completed at 4:58 PM, and the required documents were received at 5:12 PM, shortly before closing time. As it was already outside working hours and during Ramadan, there may have been a slight delay as our team was observing fasting while continuing to support clients.
Despite this, our team continued assisting you well beyond office hours. At 10:26 PM, our agent requested the National ID number, which is a mandatory requirement for the Saudi transit visa application. However, this information was not provided, and a refund was requested instead.
Please note that refunds are not applicable once the service has been initiated and the ticket has been issued. Nevertheless, we remain willing to proceed with the Saudi transit visa application should you provide the required information and confirmed ticket.
