Without a doubt the team at ThinkPods exceeded my expectations. The process was super smooth - they took are of everything were a pleasure to deal with and the onsite part of construction was unbelievably fast and done in less than two weeks to accomodate my timing. Wow, Wow, Wow! Seamless from start to finish. From beginning at the showroom/head office with Carol. Carol guided through the different types of Pods which would suit our family needs. The first day when the Pod was installed Giri introduced himself and he was my point of call person if there were things that needed to be discussed. We have been so very happy with all the results. Our Pod is the prefect teenagers retreat for our family.

The highly professional team at Garden Studios delivered us an amazing studio despite some early planning challenges due to an LSIO on our property. We are delighted with the result and the quality of the build which was completed in a surprisingly short build time. A very big thank you to Niel, Alex and Justine in the office and to Josh for managing the build onsite. Communication was always excellent and the whole team was always friendly, courteous and very responsive to any issues raised. We would highly recommend Garden Studios.

I found ThinkPods to be very professional, procedural and good communicators. This is really important to us when needing any job done. Building a garden studio was a big undertaking for us. ThinkPods made the whole process simple to understand, particularly with clear timelines set in place. The whole team worked very well with us. Our project manager Giri kept us informed at all times and always returned my calls promptly. Polite and a knowledgeable communicator, at all times. Tim, our builder, was fantastic to work with, handling difficult situations with good grace and manners. All of the team appeared to me to be hard working and dedicated to getting the best outcome for us. Many thanks for Tristan for our initial consultation work and thanks to the support staff.
