Rewriting my review now that I have lived here for about a year and have moved out. This place for the first 6 months or so was great. Although, loft does have noise issues due to the gym. My packages in less than TWO weeks have been stolen and management could care less about it! :) just a warning for those who want to live here, you will have your packages stolen and if you choose to live in a loft you will here banging noises constantly.

For a place that advertises itself as “luxury apartments,” the pool area is honestly disgusting. It’s constantly dirty, with leaves, debris, and random things scattered around. Since we moved in, the pool has been freezing and the “hot tub” is cold as well, making the entire area basically unusable. We pay a lot of money to live here and for amenities like this, yet you can’t even feel comfortable bringing guests because the area is simply not presentable. Completely unacceptable for a so-called luxury apartment complex.

Washing machine has been down for 2 months now, no communication from management about parts or repair ETA. Unit was advertised as in unit washer dryer and is no longer the case. Management does not seem to care and dismisses the concern everytime I ask for an update. Would be very cautious before moving in

My husband and I have been living here for about a year now and have loved it. Anthony and the whole maintenance staff are super friendly and quick to respond to any requests we put in. Courtney and Elyssa are great to work with, they are always available for conversations when we go down to the front office for anything! We love our unit and the location of this whole complex.

Updated 2026: Shortly after I moved to the Gardens a new management company took over and it was one thing after another. To summarize, the water had been turned off for boiler repair over a dozen times, we had faulty fire alarms on several occasions and often in the early morning hours, and my bicycle was stolen from the “secure” bike room. Management is severely lacking in communication, has not an ounce of empathy, and is completely inflexible. I’ve since moved, only to realize that I didn’t read the lease agreement close enough to know that there is no clause that allows you to break your lease early; not even in an emergency situation, and even if you no longer reside in the residence you’re still responsible for utilities and parking. Lesson learned. Highly do not recommend. 2024: I moved into the Gardens about a month ago and I have to say it was the best move experience I’ve had. It was seamless and Cameryn made me feel so welcome! Her friendliness and accommodating character made all the difference. Thanks Cameryn, I love my new home!!

There are 2 buildings. Buildings B is away from the office. Packages in building B regularly get stolen. The office is well aware that this has been happening for years and basically just puts all blame on the owners of the building not willing to do anything more proactive. Apparently putting up cameras is not in their interest because they "wouldn't be able to identify people from that footage"?? So you can get your packages delivered to the office which is an entirely different building. And hopefully it doesnt go into the parcel pending locker because thats a whole different mess. Not an allergy friendly property, between the fragrance added throughout both buildings and the "fresh scent" added to the new paint in my apartment upon moving in, it just makes it hard for kids and adults with asthma. (They keep the dumpsters within the buildings and probably need to cover the trash smell) Pool is regularly too dirty to bring people to, its gross and embarrassing.

My dog is more excited to visit the leasing office than she is to go on walks, and I get it. The team here is incredibly warm and welcoming, always making time for her even when they’re busy. They’ve gone out of their way to help me find the right unit and make this place feel like home 🩷

Can’t recommend living here enough! You simply can’t beat the location. Despite being right off of Alameda, it’s extremely quiet. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and the mall are all walking distance. Courtney and the team in the leasing office go above and beyond. I always get quick answers to questions. Any maintenance requests I’ve put in have been resolved quickly. 10/10 recommend!

Do NOT live here! Seriously, save yourself the trouble. On 1/23/26, the fire alarm went off at 1:41 AM for 40 minutes, then AGAIN at 3:10 AM! Forget a good night's sleep. The underground parking lot is a BREAK-IN ZONE, so kiss your car's windows goodbye. Need something fixed? Good luck! They'll ignore you. The old management (Cati and Morgan) were great, but this new team is RUDE. The young girls at the front desk act like you're bothering them and are totally useless. The pool is always freezing – might as well ice skate. And don't even bother emailing; they'll never respond. Loud neighbors? Management won't do anything. The hallways reek, the place is a disaster, and your packages will get stolen. Paying over $2k for a one-bed, one-bath here is a RIP-OFF. They call it "luxury," but that doesn't fix their broken sign or the fact that they shut off the water every other week with no warning. Just... don't. And don’t expect your deposit back they have hidden fees that they don’t tell you about and they will promise you one thing and change it on you!😡 Seriously don’t waste your time or money here there are so much more places that will treat you right!!!

I would not rent here after the change in management. I’ve lived here for 2 years. Previously, management was incredibly friendly and got back to me very quickly when I had questions, maintenance requests, etc. - I’d even bring my dog by the office because they loved him and would give him treats. The new management (changed the last ~6 months or so), seems like it’s full of cold salespeople just pushing leases without any regard for tenant churn - I.e. they just want to meet a sales quota for leases signed and do not care about you after. Property maintenance has gone to absolute gutters - things like water problems that have been months known lack proper planning so water gets shut off in the middle of the day with 10 minutes of notice or at night when you need to shower. This has happened pretty consistently since the change in management. We also had our prior building managers scheduling tons of events and food trucks to show up and I can’t say I have seen a single flyer about one since then; or effort in general to enhance current tenant experience here

The move in process was so seamless and the leasing staff are very friendly and accommodating.The amenities are always clean and never crowded. 5 stars! ** Update 12/20/23 I have had the pleasure of calling Gardens Cherry Creek Apartments my home for the past three years, and I can confidently say that my experience has been great! The management team at Gardens Cherry Creek Apartments deserves special commendation. They are not just responsive but genuinely caring. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that residents' needs are met. ** Update 10/30/25 I’ve loved living at The Gardens at Cherry Creek! The place is super clean, quiet, and in the best location — close to everything in Cherry Creek. The building is really well taken care of and has a great vibe overall. Huge shoutout to Greta, she’s seriously the best! Always friendly, super helpful, and just makes life easier. You can tell she really cares about the residents. Definitely recommend The Gardens to anyone looking for a great place to live in Denver!

If you enjoy being gaslit, Caiti is your gal. My sister and I lived at the Gardens at Cherry Creek for 1 year. For the first nine months, it was great, and I would have recommended it. But the last few months changed everything. In January, our heat stopped working, leaving our unit at 58 degrees. Maintenance replaced the control panel, and it worked—until we needed AC. In April, our AC failed, and despite multiple maintenance visits, it started leaking into my sister’s room. By May, our Xcel bill doubled, the AC still wasn’t working, and the leaks continued. When we raised concerns with Caiti, the leasing manager, we were met with immediate dismissal. We weren’t asking for money back—just confirmation that the AC was fixed so our bills wouldn’t keep climbing. Instead, we were talked over, assured the problem was solved, and left feeling disrespected for even asking. The bills kept climbing, the leaks continued, and after four maintenance requests and five visits to Caiti’s office, the AC in Unit B317 was still broken when we moved out—leaving us paying over $150 in our final month for a leaking, non-functioning AC. Bottom line: the building is nice, but if you move in, be prepared to pay for repairs on faulty equipment yourself—and don’t expect respectful treatment if you bring up a problem.
