Called Mark to inspect our cedar shake roof and he answered the phone immediately. He was professional, curtious and was able to answer all my questions.
He showed up the same day and gave me multiple options on the repair.
Would highly recommend Mark and Garden City Roofing to anyone looking for roof replacement or repairs.

Garden city Roofing is a great company, we're very happy with the job they did on our house. The roof looks amazing and the workmanship was very well done. they didn't rush the job they took their time and did it correctly.The price was excellent for what they did. We are impressed with EVERYTHING.

They did our garage too and charged us $200 less than the estimate.
Mark did not have to do that so that was very nice. The roof looks great!
We were not home when our roof was done but except for a new roof we could not tell that had been there. They cleaned up so well.
We would use them again and recommend them to friends.
Mark, is one of those contractors that is difficult to find these days.
- answers his phone and/or returns your call
- knowledgeable in his trade
- shows up when he says he will
- produced good quality work
- work was priced fairly
- provided pro active advise for future action
I've had Garden City do work previously and will continue to use them.

Call. Them!!! We had 5 companies come and look at our roof and Mark was the only one that came and said we didn’t need to do the whole roof. He charged us a more than fair price to do the section that actually needed to be done instead of trying to rip us off for an entire roof. They were able to come the next day to do it, and when they were done they walked up and down our driveway with a magnet to make sure there were no nails on the ground. Very professional, and very honest. I will be using them again for our garage roof.

I recently had the pleasure of Garden City Roofing reshingle my home roof. Mark and his assistant Brandon did a great job . They were professional and courteous and kept me updated on weather reports that could cause delays . They always arrived on time and left the job site each day neat , swept and secure. I had Garden City replace my garage roof. They were friendly, professional, and had excellent communication.
The workmanship seems great, they were on time, and fast. They were very careful with the area surrounding the garage so as not to damage anything and their cleanup was exceptional.
In addition they had competitive pricing.
I definitely recommend Garden City Roofing.
