I had a great experience with Garbage Guy, start to finish! Its website accurately described its service and initial estimate process, which I found transparent and easy to understand. Scheduling was entirely online, and I received text and email confirmations. The crew arrived on-time, quickly assessed the load size and spirited away my junk! I was able to pay with a credit card, which was a bonus. I'd definitely use them again.

Betsy and Matt showed up at my house and were the nicest young people. They made me laugh with their Thanksgiving stories and are so personable. They are fabulous employees and Robert ( owner), I’m sure is excited to have them. I used them twice this month and have been using the company since Robert started it. This company did an excellent job in moving my dear friend. She is 80 and I helped organize her move. I called several moving companies to move five rooms of furniture from her home to Goodwill. They were not only the best price but they had two awesome young men move all the furniture. They were kind, courtiess, professional and I highly recommend them and will use them again for any future jobs we may have.

I have watched these young kids driving the Garbage Guy truck down our street and through the emperor estates community at ridiculous rates of speed. Tired of these businesses not enforcing common sense and basic respect. Today I had two of these jokers speeding down our street while my kids were playing, yeld at them to slow down and they came back going faster. Someone needs some lessons on how to conduct yourselves in neighborhoods.

I'm very satisfied with the performance of the "junk" removal. The workmen were accommodating, friendly and very efficient. I was a little surprised about the cost, but because I had a time deadline to clean out my office, I suppose the price was worth it. Some of the items removed as "junk" had resale value.

Although our focus and specialty is not resale of items and I know your timeline didn’t allow for that on your end, we do donate and recycle as much as possible to keep usable items out of the landfill and give useful items a new life. Donating creates an extra stop for us but we do it daily because it is the right thing to do and part of our commitment to sustainability. Thank you for letting us help. I know the guys appreciated your generous tip.
