Been using BVTC for years and would not go anywhere else. I fully trust Adrian and his team to be honest and get the job done quickly. Staff are always so friendly and go out of their way to help. As a woman, it’s refreshing to go somewhere I don’t feel talked down to or overcharged. Reccomend to anyone 🙂
Georgie and the guys absolutely saved my day and my Christmas! After barely getting to the garage they checked what was wrong with the car, diagnostics run instantly and was able to tell me what needed to be done in order to fix it. Within 10 minutes parts were ordered for same day fitting. They went above and beyond to ensure my car was up and running by the time I returned! I’ve used them for MOTS personally and commercially where they’ve always provided a great service and now for any other issues I won’t be going anywhere else! Highly recommend, thank you guys!!
This is one of the best garages I have ever used. I cannot recommend it highly enough. They are there for their customers. I took my car in as I thought I needed a new clutch. They inspected the car and took it for 2 test drives. They couldnt find an issue and I was charged nothing. I will contiune to use them for all future issues with my car. They build trust and i want to repay their trusdt with my business.
Adrian is the only person I will go to, he is one of the rare, honest ,trustworthy humans out there and won’t tell you to fix something if it doesn’t need to be done. I also did a charity event some years ago and he generously donated a full service for a prize winner in a raffle - the winner was very happy. Thank you Adrian and your team for being FAB 🌟

Adrian and his crew are the only garage that I feel really look after their customers, it's the first garage that I know I can really trust and I have gone to alot of previous garages, but you know with Adrian and all his staff you can trust them all. And trust goes along way in this business, so if your looking for a garage that looks after their customers give them a call with great merchants and technical engineers in their team. Truly honest mechanic
I have always taken my car here and for good reason, Adrian, Georgie and team are without doubt honest, reliable and go the extra mile, every time. Great work, if you (like me and everyone else) want to take your car to a mechanic without worrying about bad work or ripp off prices, this is the place.

I recently moved and I needed my MOT done so I decided to go to this local garage to get it done. Unfortunately, they failed me with a fault that was supposed to be “an easy fix”, “take about an hour of labour” and “only be about £150 to repair total”. Their strict scheduling made it hard to get an allotted time for the repair and MOT to be retested. However, I was willing to take the day off of work to bring the car down. Once the day came, I handed the car in at 8am and was expecting to be called once it was finished about an hour after they started working on it (which was basically immediately). I decided to take a stroll around the area and was left stranded for about 3 hours in the local high street without any word of it being completed yet. Luckily, I lived close enough to wait out the rest of the 3 hours at home by walking home. Once it was ready and the bill came I was surprised at them replacing MORE than what the MOT had stated needed replacing at DOUBLE the initial stated price. What’s even worse is that they didn’t even redo the MOT and was surprised at the fact I was there for that reason. They passed me and I left hugely disappointed. Nice people but VERY poor reception, scheduling and communication.
