I had a great experience with Eddy and the team over at Precision Garage Doors. They were able to fix my door without having to completely replace it. It was fixed in a day and I was really happy with the results. I would highly recommend Precision and their team to take care of all your garage door needs.
Alexander came to or house for a consultation. (We had someone else look at it the day before, have very little information and their price was more than double what we paid)
Alexander was so knowledgeable. We had an ongoing problem with closing our garage door and he very easily assessed, determined the problem (wires came away from the sensor), and fixed it. The previous guy didn't even address it except to tell us we needed new equipment.
Alexander heard our concerns, and gave us a few options, and package options. He never pressured us. We were not planning on having any work done right away, but because of Alexander's knowledge and the price for a new motor, rollers, and cables was so reasonable we decided to get the work done.
Alexander did the work that day, had to come back the next day because the seal at the bottom of the garage was not the right width. He also cleaned up after he was done.
On a scale from 1-10, 10 bring best, Alexander was 10+. I can't say enough good about Alexander.
I had a fantastic experience. When Daniel arrived I mentioned that I have been doing business with Precision since I bought my first home in 1997. And that was always because of the quality of the tech / service people. They are the face of the company. I was plenty happy that my loyalty was rewarded with great service, great quality, along with a great attitude. I could not be more pleased with the price and value! Daniel is awesome!!
