I was absolutely amazed by the entire experience. From creating an online booking to working with the technician to solve my problem, everything was seamless. Jesus was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am very happy with the service that was provided and i will definitely be a Precision Garage Door customer for life.
I came home to find my garage door would not open. A friend recommended Prevision as she was very happy with the service. Within 2 hours of placing a call, they had a service engineer at my home. Eddy was professional. He explained the issue with the door and the resolution. There was no pressure or sales tactics. I selected what I felt I needed and met my budget. Technicians arrived soon after my call. I described my problems with my garage door not closing or opening. They offered several different options and told me exactly what they would do and I agreed on a price. They did everything they said in an hour and gave me new remotes and showed me everything they did and how I could operate everything myself. They were very efficient and with 2 people they were able to adjust my garage door opener and dust off the springs to make it open easier if the power goes out. I was very pleased with how efficient this company is.

My Garage Door in my condominium failed to open. I was originally told by Management that I should call a contractor. Eventually someone recommended Precision garage Door. I was scheduled for a four hour window at which the mechanic showed up at the very beginning. He was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and cautious. At all times he made the extra effort to go back-and-forth to his truck because it would not fit in the clearing of the building’s garages. The process took about eight hours, including him telling us what to expect with various repairs. His name was George Gharib, and I recommend him without exception.
