I called about a non urgent problem I had with my sectional door. Jake was on time and knows his stuff. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quite quickly and completed a service on the door. He did a thorough inspection of the door and working components and advised what should be done next. I will give Garage Door Pros Brisbane a call when I need to have that work done and ask for Jake to do the job. Jake is a credit to the Company and goes above and beyond to explain in the simplest of terms so we could understand what was needed. If you need repairs to or replacement garage doors then give these guys a call.
Jake turned up on time, gave me a heads up text and call 30mins out. Replaced my broken springs, serviced the door and got everything back to good a new in an hour. Very professional, very clear on pricing would recommend to anyone. Great job!

Dale came out to look at my damaged garage door and gave it a genuine go, fitting a strut to try to fix it. Unfortunately the damage was too much and the door needs a full replacement. He was upfront about that and didn't charge me anything for his time. Really appreciated the effort and honesty. Would happily recommend.

Great garage door service
Excellent service. On time. Diagnosed the problem instantly and replaced the motor in 2 hours. Extremely happy with the service unlike other companies I’ve used to service the door who didn’t diagnose the real issue. Also both technicians were extremely friendly and didn’t need to bother me until payment. The replacement motor is quiet and gentle

Highly recommend David. He was kind, friendly and very informative throughout the visit. I really appreciated his honesty about the condition of the garage door and the fact that he didn’t try to sell me a temporary fix when replacement is ultimately the better option. He also made sure the garage was secure before leaving, which I was very grateful for. Genuine, helpful and professional.
