Great experience. Saw the issue from a picture, diagnosed and came and fixed it more than perfectly. Woukd not leave without making sure the garage door worked better thsn before. A true professional with an eye for perfection. I HIGHLY recommend JD Farage Doors for any issue you are having from squeaking to stuck wheels to broken springs. If I need more service, there is only 1 pkace for me to go - JD GARAGE DOORS!!!! This is NOT a paid endorsement. He was really THAT good.

Joe installed my garage door opener back in August, 2017, and he did a great job. Earlier today when I tried to open the garage door, the door wouldn’t go up, and then when I finally got it up, the door wouldn’t go down. I called Joe and sent him a picture. He responded promptly and he immediately knew what the problem was. He came by later this afternoon, and he fixed the problem in less than an hour! He was professional, courteous, and efficient. I am especially glad that he was able to help me so quickly on a Sunday. Thank you, Joe!

Not only did he quickly fix the issue, but he also replaced the broken parts with higher-quality spring and cable than what was originally installed. The entire job was done in about 20 minutes, and everything has been working perfectly since. Super impressed with the speed, professionalism, and quality of work.
