This cool guy named Garrett from The Garage Door Dr. , sourced from Yelp, stopped by and helped us figure out our garage door issue that suddenly stopped to open & close. Garrett checked around for anything blocking & in just a few mins, he figured out that the electrical outlet the garage motor is connected to wasn’t working anymore. We tested the garage motor using a different outlet and—voilà—it’s working again. He’s a very honest & smart guy, & only charged us a very small amount for his service trip. We’ll gladly use him again for our next garage issue.
