I love going to MFBBC. The coaches are amazing and know just how to push you to get stronger. I leave there feeling like I did something good for myself. I would recommend to anyone who is local and wants to take some time each week to focus on themselves. At MFBBC I feel seen and that is a great feeling for a older woman trying to get in shape.

I have been to many gyms and this one is by far my favorite. I’ve met some new friends and the coaches and energy is so good it makes you want to come everyday. Sessions are only 30 min so no excuse not to go. Did I mention the coaches are bomb 😊

Love this gym and the coaches. I started out on a trial and loved it so much that I joined. All the coaches are so encouraging. I feel myself getting stronger each session!

I never thought I’d see myself loving to workout, but since I joined FBBC Monroe my life has changed..and only for the better! I love that they have one on one training in a group setting! I love how the coaches keep us accountable & motivate us during the sessions! If you want to join a gym that you will love coming to, come & try…you won’t regret it!! We are like a big family! ♥️

For someone who has not worked out in years, I really enjoy this gym. The workouts are fast paced and accommodating to any skill level. The coaches are motivating, encouraging and energetic. They push you to be your best. I recommend this place for anyone!

I have been to the athens, watkinville, and now Monroe fit body!! This location is super convenient for me!! All these places have one thing in common… amazing coaches!!! They make you feel at home and encourage you to do better and say positive!! Alway and I mean alway great energy here!! I won’t go to another gym.. and I have met some pretty amazing workout buddies along the way!! Boot camp has changed my life!

LOVE the environment, still relevantly new but for the short time I have been going I have already felt a huge difference. The coaches are amazing, positive and reassuring. They motivate you and help you throughout your workouts. It's genuinely affordable for everything that you are getting from the experience. 10/10 would recommend.
