As a real estate investor for over 15 years, I have come across a wide variety of real estate agents. Most agents see you as a commission check, which I understand since they only get paid if they make a sale. However, the really good ones are rare and special, they really listen to you and go above and beyond. That is why, when it came time to sell and then buy my own home, I chose Judy Gabler and her team.
I met Judy several years back when I first started to entertain the idea of selling my house. I never felt any pressure to sell and I always felt that Judy was looking for my best interest first.

This is my second time buying a house with Gabler Realty and my husband sold his home prior with Gabler Realty as well. That alone should tell you how we feel about our relationship! Not only that, but they took into consideration exactly what we were looking for and I always felt like they were pushing us to find exactly that and not settle for less which is the best feeling knowing you're fully supported. We are looking forward to listing our current home with Gabler Realty in the coming months and will be sad when the time comes that we don't need their assistance anymore. I needed to sell a relative's house, and I had no idea how to proceed. Someone suggested Gabler Realty and I'm so glad they did. Judi and her team guided me through the process.
