It can be a real gamble with who you get your lash lifts with as I’ve had a few lash lifts in the past where the tech over processed them and they came out less than great. I got my lashes lifted with Aniyah today and they came out absolutely perfect and I’m OBSESSED. I’ve found my girl ☺️ she was so kind and nice to talk to as well. 10/10. Thank you!
GOT WAX ON MY HAIR (HEAD) MULTIPLE TIMES AND CUT IT WHILE WAXING MY BROWS!!! AND THERE WAS A BURN MARK ON MY EYELID!! Now I have bangs on one side.
My first appointment went great but on my second appointment the building was locked and there was nobody there. 5 minutes after my scheduled time I received a call saying she was on the way. It took her 20 minutes to show. I was stuck waiting in my car.
I gave her the benefit of the doubt and booked again with the same girl cuz I liked how she did my brows even though she cut my hair... And another girl was there to do my brows. I did not schedule with her so I asked to get my deposit back. I never received it and I have been charged over $50 for one eyebrow appointment since asking for a refund since they did not provide who I scheduled the appointment for.
I recently booked an eyebrow wax for 7/8/26 but accidentally selected the wrong location in Navarre and showed up at the Mary Esther location instead. That mistake was completely on me, and the owner was kind enough to keep my appointment while I waited for my wax specialist, Aniya, to arrive. I really appreciated that accommodation, and everyone was very friendly.
Unfortunately, after my wax I noticed some swelling around my eyebrows. By the next day (7/9), it became clear that I had a superficial burn. The swelling has gone down some, but the area is still tender. I know it will heal, but it’s disappointing and inconvenient to deal with while I’m traveling.
To be fair, Aniya did ask if the wax felt too hot, and I told her no because it didn’t feel overly hot at the time. I’m not trying to place blame—I’m simply sharing my experience. I usually get my eyebrows threaded and decided to give waxing another try. My biggest concern going in was whether my brows would end up too thin, but instead I ended up with a burn.
Overall, the customer service was great, and I appreciated how accommodating everyone was. I just wish the outcome had been different. Looking back, I probably should have waited until I got home to have my eyebrows threaded instead.

Alisha did such an amazing job! I went in for a microderm & exfoliation facial. I've struggled with oily, acne-prone skin and couldn't get rid of the acne scars I've accumalted over the years. She walked me through the process and told me how to take care of my skin after. And she had amazing massage technique! I was relaxed the entire time. My skin came out so soft and bright. I'm excited for my skin journey - she earned herself a regular.
Pro-tip: when booking, always add the exfoliation! It clears the skin before the microderm so you get the best results
