Chris and the team have been amazing from the word go. The initial meeting we had was enough to see that before we’d met they had done their homework and already had a really thorough understanding of our business needs. Then after producing an initial report on what we were doing well and what needed work, I was blown away with the thoroughness of their work, clear that I didn’t have the bandwidth to manage the changes needed and confident that the expertise of Chris and his team was needed to make the changes for me. They set to work and soon the updates to our site were in place and they have since provided the reports showing the effectiveness of their actions. I already knew the changes were positive in the traffic and bookings we were taking. It’s clear to me that without them the business would have grown much much slower over time, lost in the noise of the online world.
