Professional, very prompt and responsive and caring I just had a 15 panel, 10KwH battery, 5KwH inverter Solar system installed and although this was only done today, the process has been extremely straightforward and relaxed. It took me 10 months to decide on who to go with and … PING.. up popped Kane and co. It is winter, therefore I cant assess the benefits yet. But they have been very professional, prompt and responsive to questions. Kane and his team are brilliant.

I few months ago I had a full PV + battery system installed by Future Power Team. The experience was excellent. Kane explained my options and gave me suggestions considering my budget and my requirements. They did the install a few weeks after in a very fast and tidy manner. Then they managed everything to do with export license and documentation, while keeping me informed. Would 100% recommend. Especial thanks to Kane and Scarlett for being so supportive and responsive.

I’ve been after some solar panels for a while now and these guys were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. It took no time at all for someone to come out and whey the job up. At my follow up appointment I was shown all my different options with no pressure on which one to pick. The team gave me an amazing information packet that showed my projected savings as well as solid advice on how to best make use of my new gadgets. They came to check on me after as well to make sure my app was up & running and the whole system works flawlessly. Everyone in this company from sales to admin and are so friendly and happy to answer any questions you may have. I’d not bother shopping anywhere else as you’re not going to find anyone who’s as cost effective and at the same high standard as these guys.

Kane from future power came to do my survey and he explained everything in clear detail. He was also very polite professional and friendly. To begin my install Jack came out and he was also a great character to deal with. I found the whole process fast and efficient and Future power gave a very competitive quote. Now i have all my certificates and i have transferred over to Octopus Flux tariff. Kane's visit was on 29th August. Fast, Efficient, Friendly and great value :)

They showed me how to use the app before leaving. The other lot were horrendous, try Future Power, you won’t be disappointed!

What can we say about this company. From the sales to the finish everything was great. We had been looking into solar for a couple of years and had spoken to Kane (the company sales guy and owner) previously. Kane was straight up front about everything and answered all our questions without beating about the bush. We had several quotes and this was one of the more expensive, however the honesty of the company won us over. We ordered what we wanted after alot of advice and waited for our install date. The day arrived and we were super excited. Sadly the panels couldn't be fitted on the install date due to severe winds but they were fitted the following day. Everything was done with great expertise and care. The hardest part for us was making drinks for the team whilst they were working hard fitting everything. It was all done in 1 day (minding the weather) and everything was left neat and tidy. Everything was explained to us about using the system and how to connect via our phones. We would definitely recommend Future Power Team to anyone. They were top class from start to finish and it was a pleasure doing business with them.

We had been deliberating about getting a solar system for many months and eventually decided to go ahead in October. We got quotes from a few different companies including the Future Power Team and decided to go with them. We had a fantastic experience from the start to completion of our solar system installation. The communication was very timely and effective from all of the team. Kane was wonderful with us including visiting us twice to answer all our questions. He spent time going through each question we had and also provided detailed explanations reflecting his knowledge and experience in this area. This provided us reassurance that we have all the necessary information to make an informed decision about getting a solar system. His advise was also highly personalised to our current situation (only 2 people at home, mostly in the evenings) and gave options on what can be added/optimised if things changed/planning for the future. We had some queries about the battery when using the solar app following installation which they promptly replied. Overall highly recommend these guys.
