I had an excellent experience with this company. My furnace broke the day I was leaving town and Fuse was able to give me a very reasonable bid immediately. The communication was great, all questions answered immediately even late in the evening. No fuss, no problems and a new furnace in a couple of days. Works great, no issues, no drama. We were very happy with the work Fuse did for us. They helped us think through our heating system, and the most feasible and economical way to replace our old boiler unit (which was to install a new boiler, and keep much of the system the same). Their communication and work was excellent, and they finished the project quickly. They registered the product and also came for 2 follow-up visits to make sure the heating system was working properly. We would definately recommend them.

Fuse service was very professional throughout the whole process from scheduling the appointment after I reached out, till the installation was complete. Andy did the initial analysis and he was able to identify the issue and provide multiple solutions. After determining that new furnace was the best approach, received an affordable quote promptly and scheduled installation the same day. Gary did the installation in a professional way and navigated through tricky old wiring expertly. Once the installation was finished he tested everything and cleaned up well before leaving.

Great job by this team! Their price was reasonable, and the technician Andy was the best. I wanted to get my air heater replaced with a new one. These guys came with new parts and charged a very reasonable amount for labor. Before them most service providers were quoting 1.5k easily, and these guys did the same job under $600.
