We had our ducted air conditioning system installed today.
Right from the start when talking to Michelle to the team doing the installation was a smooth experience.
The return phone calls were always very prompt and we were notified when boys were on their way.
Communication was excellent.
Jack, Tom and the crew did an excellent job with the installation of ducted air con and the solar king whirly birds.
Jack was very knowledgeable with the whole system and explaining how the Air touch 5 is operated.

After speaking with him, I realised the company I previously used for servicing hadn’t actually done a proper job.

Yesterday we had the team from Fused Air Conditioning and Electrical come and remove our old split system units and install an LG ducted system. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They asked what our expectations were before beginning work and explained what they did and how it all worked before leaving.
Riley, Tom and Jackson were fantastic — very friendly and professional. They also service the systems as well as install so will be calling them again next year.
