I recently had my furniture reupholstered by this company. I wish there were 100-star reviews because they deserve it 100%. The cleanliness of the job is amazing, and the amount of detail that they put into it is incredible. Mr. Manuel, the owner of the store, is one of the most polite and respectful people I’ve ever worked with. The price for the quality of the job that he did was very reasonable, and take my word for it because I shopped around a lot before I was lucky enough to find this company. Henry did an excellent job with the repair of our electric recliner. He recognized the problem right away - several broken wires in the remote - and fixed it on the spot. Not only an immediate repair, but much less expensive than ordering a new remote.

These people were extremely difficult to work with. The project was over time by a month and they did not communicate, and the result was barely adequate (this is why I am giving 2 stars rather than 1). Scheduling was impossible.
Their schedule is inflexible and booked for weeks out; it was a month from when I first contacted them until they came. The technician who came seemed confused about how to detach the part of my desk that needed repairing, and I ended up driving it myself to their offices to avoid a $100 fee for them to do it.
Their estimate said 2-4 weeks for the work. After 4 weeks with no word I asked for an update and received a reply saying nothing. After 6 weeks, I asked firmly and they immediately responded that the desk was finished. They couldn't schedule a delivery for 2 weeks, and they couldn't come at a time they worked for me even when I made the request. I ended up picking up the desk myself, avoiding another $100 fee. I will have to hire someone to help me get it upstairs.
They did the bare minimum in all respects and I got the impression that they ignored my ticket until I demanded information, then did the work at the last minute.
