Henry arrived in good time as promised to fix my automatic recliner. He identified the issue within 5 minutes and replaced the broken part quickly and efficiently. Also fixed a piece of wood that fell off. Entire job done in less than 30 minutes. Excellent work and very friendly. I highly recommend using this service and Henry was excellent and very professional.

Henry came in to fix our bed and was an absolute professional from start to finish. He was incredibly polite and respectful throughout the visit. After taking a quick look and snapping a couple of pictures for reference, he got right to work. He began with the drawers and then moved on to fixing the frame assembly that had been previously installed incorrectly. The entire job was completed efficiently in about 15 minutes! What stood out most was how clearly he walked me through everything he had done, making sure I understood the fixes and was happy with the result. It’s rare to come across someone so courteous, skilled, and thorough. Henry is a genuinely good person, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any repair work. Excellent service all around!

It was a great experience! Came in on time and gave me a heads up when they were on the way. They were super mindful and even asked to take their shoes off which is much appreciated. Service was quick and no mess was left. I had another issue with the springs (not included in this work order) and they said they would include it in their write up.
