I was going to go with the dealer's finance option, but after a couple of delays, a system error and a general lack of communication I decided to give Funnd a go. They not only managed to secure a rate at 2% less than what the dealership was offering, but was very quick to get back to me on all queries and the communication was great throughout.

Highly recommend Kieren. When we first spoke, he talked me through my credit file and took the time to explain issues I wasn’t aware of, which turned out to be caused by a previous broker. With his guidance I was able to get everything corrected, and once I found a car I loved I reached out to him again. That was on a Saturday - by Tuesday my loan was approved and funds were paid to the dealer. After having such a bad experience with a previous broker, Kieren made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process and was genuinely amazing to deal with. Even the car dealer mentioned how impressed they were with him. Exceptional service from start to finish and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for finance.
