Sam Dehbozorgi Esq, our lawyer, was excellent! He really listened to our concers, mounted a strong, solid defense and decreased our judgement by almost 40%!!! If I could leave no stars I would! Very disappointed this law firm gave me "false hopes". I found them through "google" spoke to them about and issues dealing with a "judgment" sounds like money over customer service is what mattered sadly! I spoke to someone told them of my issues and was told "yes, we handle these situations you pay us and we'll make it go away "there words not mine". Few days later I was refunded my money which was a good thing, however they told me "oh we don't handle cases like these good luck". Am I disappointed? Yes, now I have to start from square one!!! Would I recommend them no, bottom line is listen and pay attention because all of this could have been avoided!!!

I was at my wits end and very skeptical about trusting anyone with all the scams and fraudulent people out there. I reached out to the Fullman Firm and they came through. While I ended up not using the services at The Fullman Firm, I had a wonderful, supportive and comforting experience that all started with aphone call and amazing Jackie Cervantes who took the time to listen to my story, issues, etc. She was supportive, gave me options and truly helped me feel at ease and supported. Even though the firm doesn't handle cases as small financially as mine, she was able to get special approval to assist me. Jackie truly went above and beyond, and I absolutely appreciate her. When I shared with her that I was able to work out a resolution on my own, she was again supportive. When a firm has several phone numbers and extensions, it can sometimes be a confusing process to get in touch with the right person. It's also confusing when one person is says "he's out to lunch, try calling back in an hour" and another person says "he'll get back to you within 24-48 hours."
She acted like I called to ask personal questions. I simply asked her to direct me to the right person. Please work on being patient with clients. I always try to be kind and respectful, and I expect the same in return.

I was struggling to make ends meet, after my husband passed away. Then I received legal notices that I owed about $34K from one debtor. I contacted The Fullman Firm to help with my case. I called to ask if I could speak to someone regarding an issue I had with a creditor. The gentleman on the phone was soooo rude! He cut me off half way through my explanation of my situation and said abruptly "We don't help anyone unless your getting sued" I said please bare with me I have not yet finished what I was saying, so how do you know my situation if your not giving me the opportunity to explain it? Very very unprofessional, certainly not what I expected from a Law firm that advertisers all its website that they help with all aspects of concerns regarding creditors! Really!!!!
