I had a judgment that lingered over me and my family for 10+ years. The creditor was Duringer law group. A very aggressive and shady law firm. Sam D and his team were able to get the job done and settle the debt, despite the other side being difficult and unresponsive. I initially hired the Fullman Firm to reverse a creditor bank levy that was made against accounts belonging to a family member. My attorney, Chris Peters, provided invaluable advice and assistance with filing a Third Party Claim of Exemption, which successfully won a court order returning the levied funds. It was greatly reassuring to work with someone so courteous, professional, and confidently knowledgeable. Chris and his team then negotiated a surprisingly favorable debt settlement, with Fernanda handling the final stages of the negotiation. When called back to a manager I was lied to and I did request for my intake information to not be misused. I asked for the representative to remove my information.
