My main two therapist were Ashley and Jeff, both worked with me to help me accomplish my goals, which was to give me more mobility in my shoulder and build my strength back up and that's where I am today.They were pleasant to work with and enjoyed spending my time with them while getting my therapy. I just wanted to say thank you all for helping me get back where I needed to be. If I do know anyone who needs physical therapy I would highly recommend first settlement physical therapy in Vienna. Due to severe scoliosis, I have always had a lot of issues throughout my entire spine, from neck to pelvis. The Physical Therapists at First Settlement Physical Therapy on Wheeling Ave in Cambridge are the only ones who have ever been able to actually help. I've been to several PT's throughout the years, with no or little improvement. They always did your standard 6-8 weeks of therapy, then shove you out the door. NOT these guys!! I'm currently 3 days shy of hitting 9 months of PT. I'm standing up without bending over like I'm 100 years old again! I'm catching up on housework! I can breathe better! If you're willing to put in the work, these guys will stand beside you and help guide you to a better, less painful, you. It's not easy, but it's worth it, and these guys have the perfect balance of empathy and drive to help push you to get better without pushing you too hard.

This one of the best physical therapy facilities I have been to. They are very knowledgeable and patient and very helpful. I was having a lot of limitations due to a car wreck and they have helped me tremendously. My job has caused a lot of my limitations too and they have helped me to where I can move about a lot better than I was when I first came there. I appreciate each every therapist there.

I have been to Mannington, WV Mountain State Physical Therapy several times and have been well pleased with the results and the staff. They are very helpful and courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this practice primarily because the staff is exceptional. They are great at what they do and are sincere in wanting to see you get better!

I managed to push through pain and discomfort for many years, adapting exercise and home routines until I couldnt stand the knee pain anymore and am now set for two knee replacements over the next year.
What a difference having the expertise of PT PhD Rhonda has made in my quality of life!
Her evaluation and care plan has controlled my pain with minimal meds by strengthening and preparing me for surgery and recovery.
First Settlement PT stands far above the ordinary when it comes to patient- centered, expert care: Manager Jamie was welcoming, competent and super-helpful, keeping comfort, order, 4and treatment access foremost.
Tiffany, also at the front desk held the mood steady and patient flow organized as well.
Many staff showed friendly, competent caring and encouragement to others while I was in the treatment areas. Erica, Reagan and Ashlyn shone with love and kindness.
Teamwork and atmosphere got me to a point where I can carry on at home until surgery with equipment I copied from them and exercises they taught me.
Now facing my first knee replacement with confidence, I am assured that my recovery PT will be in the best of hands, and look forward to seeing you again!

I just finished my knee therapy at FSPT. I had constant pain for a couple of years after a torn meniscus. I had been told about FSPT so I checked on it. I went twice a week for an hour. The therapist, Jayden, was very helpful. She led me through several exercises and made printed instructions for me so I could exercise at home. I can walk around and also climb stairs without the excruciating pain that I had before. I’m so thankful for the help that they gave me!

At my first PT session I cried from pain and not being able to do what they wanted me to do. Over the next several weeks everything got better and better. Both Cassie and Carla really listened to me and gave me confidence to push just enough. I’m pleased with my progress and credit them for helping me.

It was a pleasure at first settlement physical therapy. The worker are very friendly and nice they are a pleasure to be around, I looked forward to going to therapy. If you have to go to physical therapy I recommend that you use them it worth your healing thank you for my physical therapy there.
