Fantastic and friendly service! These guys were fantastic, they were polite, friendly, trustworthy, flexible and helpful. They worked incredibly hard and I was amazed by the speed at which they packed and moved everything whilst taking a lot of care. Every box was meticulously labelled so I know what's inside and they were careful to check what should go where. They took a lot of stress out of moving day, I would highly recommend.

There is absolutely NOTHING professional about this company. Contracted this company for a nationwide move. They miscalculated space needed on a truck. Movers showed up almost 9hrs late. Only 1 of the movers spoke english. They failed to have all required moving accessories (boxes, pads, and specialty items). Didnt treat belongings with any respect. Due to this, I cancelled, and told them to go home. The deposit, which is a third of total cost is non refundable. If i would have known about this company and its of the street practices, i would have cancelled in a timely manner. Instead, they act as a legit moving company up until they show up. Then its too late to cancel. They get to keep $730 for doing nothing, showing up late, and unprepared. They did everything wrong and just shy of showing up in sandles. I rented a uhaul truck and gonna do this on my own. Dont waste your time. Oh...after you book with them...they dont answer phones, return calls. Forget about calling the drivers. They dont understand english. POOR, POOR, customer service.

They arrived within the window they agreed to, wrapped up and dissembled everything quickly, packed it and delivered my furniture more quickly than I expected. At the destination, they put extra work in, moved old furniture out and new furniture in, with polite service. I highly recommend after a few terrible experiences national - multi-state carriers.
