Fritts technicians repaired my evaporator today (8/24/23) up in my attic (very hot) by replacing the drain pan. They were knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. I watched the entire repair and they totally exceeded my expectations, and their charge for the work was more than fair. Absolutely great company !!

These guys are amazing. 5 Star Quality and 5 Star Delivery seem to be rarer than ever these days. Fritts delivers both Value AND Quality. Fritts & Jose arrived at our home early on the date and time we agreed on. They had two of our broke down units back up and running with cold air delivery again within 30 minutes. I asked for a quote to replace one of the two 25 year old condensers and heater. They analyzed our needs and I had what I believed to be a fair quote within hours. We were booked and scheduled the very next day. Simply amazing the response and red carpet treatment they delivered. The install team was equally professional and took care when entering our house to check the thermostat (they removed shoes without even being asked). Everything was left clean and in tip top shape from the attic to the back yard. I mean these guys genuinely CARE about thier work. I have had more than a handful of undesirable experience with contractor at our home. FRITTS HEATING AND AIR is the exception. Thank you all for a job MORE than WELL DONE. 💯

Sid an Jose saved the day...AGAIN! And made it look easy! I'm telling you, Fritts AC are the BEST! Unfortunately I have had to get 2 units repaired, almost a month apart. Both times Sid and Jose got us back up and running in no time at all! I'm serious when I say don't call anyone else! We have you used Fritts quite a few times throughout the years and had them run a new system in our basement a few months ago. Sid and Jose were excellent! Fixed the problem and as a bonus they climbed up on my roof and removed a grate that was blocking my dryer vent. It was a real fire hazard and they did it for no charge! I can highly recommend them!
