Got a gutter and window cleaning - They showed up on time, and very friendly!
All the windows and screens looked great!Although when they left and I went up my stairs, I looked out to see how the gutters looked after a cleaning. I was confused when I saw it looked the same, covered in dirt. I texted them asking if they even did the gutter cleaning, and they said they had missed that one. Which was confusing because we don't have a very large house, and it's the first gutter you see in the front yard.
They did come back and fix it quickly, and it could have been a genuine mistake...but it made me wonder if they don't really do an in-depth cleaning because they know you technically won't be able to see it. This reinforced my fear of hiring maintenance as a woman, because they often think you won't double check their work and still charge you full price...Again, it could have been an honest mistake but the before and after had me wondering.

The people who reroofed our home messed up our gutters in several places. We found Igor on yelp and are so glad we did, as he is great at what he does! He responds quickly, shows up when he says he will, and does great work. His level of professionalism is something that is often lacking in construction services. He fixed our gutters and added another downspout to help with drainage. If you need help with your gutters, call Igor! You will be glad you did.
My workplace hired Freshwater Exteriors to clean our windows and wow, he did an amazing job! He was very detail orientated making sure there were no water stains or dirt left behind.

We needed our gutters cleaned and repaired since one side was completely unhinged and hadn't been cleaned in 20 years. Igor worked us in earlier and immediately got to work. There was enough dirt/junk in our gutters and downspouts to fill a third of our huge trash bin. He reattached, fixed leaks, and cleaned out all our gutters for an excellent price so we're prepared for the next rain! Highly recommend for any gutter cleaning and repair...Igor was efficient and tidy!

Very honest! They came to clean my gutters and told me my gutters didn't need to be cleaned. They showed me pictures of my clean gutters and explained it wasn't necessary. They charged me $75 for the inspection which was fair, when they easily could have just went through with the cleaning and charged $300+. Appreciate the honesty!

It was very easy to schedule Igor to install our exterior Christmas lights. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They had the right kind of ladder to install net lights on our New Zealand Christmas trees since they are kind of on a hill. We will definitely use them again next year.
I was dealing with leaks and issues due clogged gutter which was well overdue for a cleaning.
