It took us 2 years to find the right contractor to do the work. We initially impressed with the products. They are well designed, look good, flexible to our requirements (such as height), have various options (such as colour and functionality). The design stage was easy. Andrew quickly understood what we wanted and guided us with the design. Cosmo did a great job at finalizing the measurement and managing the entire project. The parts fit perfectly to the site and installation was smooth. We are very happy with the build. It was the best decision choosing Fresh Outdoor for our project.

Still no pergola They are about as shonky as you can get I have had the worst experience with them I have waited a year for my job Pieces show up at random Then nothing fits Then they need to go back to china Eventually they change their phone numbers I have spent over $20,000 waiting for a job and all I have is bits of metal piling up and taking up space If you ever meet Andrew or Bonnie in person do not give them a cent, and get them off your premises as quick as possible How they got a building Licence is amazing Buyer beware.
