Highly recommend Fresh Outdoor – our new sunroom is fantastic! We’re absolutely thrilled with our new sunroom, which Fresh Outdoor created by transforming the roof of our existing deck. The result has completely changed how we use our outdoor space. A special thank you to Cosmo, our project manager. He provided excellent service from start to finish—always responsive, easy to work with, and incredibly detail-oriented. Any questions or adjustments we had were handled quickly and professionally, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The finished space looks stunning and has truly elevated our home. 双层玻璃隔音非常不错，就是等待时间比较长，我25年11月中签的合同，等货到就已经26年3月底了，在安排师傅安装拖了半年，来来回回很多次，真的安装了还是比较快的。施工的师傅都华人，沟通上还是比较方便。还是负责安装经理比较靠谱，有事一个电话就帮忙解决了，等待期能缩短点就完美了。

To be honest, the finished result looks fantastic. If we hadn't seen the before photos, we probably wouldn't have realised these double-glazed windows and doors were added afterwards — they blend so naturally with the original home.😊

Live in a neighbourhood lot town house. We have our existing front porch open pergola converted into a weather-proof sunroom for gym. Many neighbouring townhouses have done similar conversion while ours is the most impressive one! It’s durable, waterproof and sympathetic to the existing building style which meet the neighbourhood plan requirements. The framing and glazing assembly is structurally certified with proper drainage, double glazed and ventilated to keep cool. Delivered on time and completed with warranty. Very happy with the service.

Everything was double and triple checked prior to commencement. The initial sales consultation with Leo ensured that he understood exactly what we wanted. He together with the drawing team took the time to do a great job in making all necessary adjustments. We cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the material used and the way the material was delivered. It was with care, ordered and very well wrapped so that there was no damage upon arrival. Cosmo ensured that he had an experienced team to construct the delicate and critical detail to completion. Everything was in exact proportion; the architectural elements were carefully balanced both inside and out. Every detail contributed and matched the design of our home. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We are very happy with the outcome and look forward to enjoying the area for years to come. I found fresh outdoor based on their excellent google reviews and decide to give it a try for my home improvement projects. I had fair big projects with balcony enclosures. Backyard modular house and front entrance sunroom. So I was a bit cautious and want to make sure that I chose the right company as these projects will be staying with our family for years. After comparing a few providers. I finally decide to go with fresh outdoor. And now I know that I made the right Decision. The whole process was transparent and smooth. Cosmo was the installation manager of the project and overcame many challenges with a calm and polite demeanour. We were very satisfied with the final product and the aesthetic appeal is excellent and we now have an extra outdoor area that is not fully enclosed but with the blinds ( perfect colour) it has given us a sense of an extra room for Summer. Cosmo managed his team very well. They all had respect for him and he was our only source of contact throughout the project.

The balcony closure by Fresh Outdoor looks great because the materials are substantial and the Glass they use keeps super silence from outside noise, the installers are pleasant people, and the follow-up service is excellent. At the risk of making his work schedule even more busy, Cosmo is worth waiting for as he is a man of high integrity and extensive knowledge: overall, a man who instills conference in what his company is doing and he make sure that everything is carried out to client satisfaction. It took us 2 years to find the right contractor to do the work. We initially impressed with the products. They are well designed, look good, flexible to our requirements (such as height), have various options (such as colour and functionality). The design stage was easy. Andrew quickly understood what we wanted and guided us with the design. Cosmo did a great job at finalizing the measurement and managing the entire project. The parts fit perfectly to the site and installation was smooth. We are very happy with the build. It was the best decision choosing Fresh Outdoor for our project.
