All the staff are welcoming, helpful and greet you with a smile. They are a great team.
I have to mention Suzie here. Suzie convinced me to try builder gel nails (after years of having acrylics). I'm so happy that I did. I should have done it sooner. She always gets my nail shape & length 'spot on', and does a great job. Everytime.
I can highly recommend Freshlook and would challenge anyone who doesn't feel uplifted when you hear Suzie's infectious laugh.

First time I’ve been to this salon. I couldn’t be happier. I’ve just relocated so I can’t go to my usual salon anymore, but this will definitely be my salon of choice from now on. Friendly staff, efficient and great job on waxing. I feel human again. Thank you.

As always Susie is the best person I've ever had to do my nails. They always look amazing, Susie, is professional, kind and a great listener. I can't fault any treatments I've had with her or at freshlook beauty generally. They are all lovely.xx

I've been here a few times and always experienced issues,over charged or services not booked,only come here for convenience when my usual tech is not available and have once again been let down today on the time of my appointment,had email proof but told I could wait, look upstairs, or rebook, no apology didn't look particularly bothered,just confirmed the previous reasons I don't come here
Edit - if I knew the therapist had called in sick or contact had been attempted I would of been more understanding,thank you for the response

Your therapist did phone in sick and we tried to contact you twice about this before your appointment time but we were unsuccessful! we moved you to another therapist but just a little later to make sure you still had your appointment. The email reminder was correct but unfortunately your therapist didn't come to work. I had a wonderful experience having my nails done by Suzi. She is highly professional, attentive, and clearly takes great pride in her work.
